Stu: Was born in Seattle-Washington, and has lived in Denver-Colorado, Chicago-Illinois, Los Gatos & San Jose-California, and Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Jupiter, Florida. (He really gets around doesn't he?) Loves boats, cars, trucks, fishing, snorkeling and traveling. Describes himself as "a basic cave man".
Cathy: Was born in Elkins-West Virginia (yep, a hillbilly), grew up in Medina-Ohio, and has lived in Washington D.C., and Fort Lauderdale and Jupiter, Florida. Loves computers, playing cards, boating, snorkeling, traveling and talking (as her friends can attest). Describes herself as "a former hippie from the 60's and I still don't believe in clocks".
Stu's basically retired and very into the stock market now. Cathy is self-employed, doing transcription from home (which is a great place to work).

We met in 1970 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
We were engaged for a short time and then went our separate ways.
We got together again in 1997.
